Just write a prompt and then ask the LLM to "enhance this prompt using the best prompt engineering techniques" and "ask me questions to help extract the details required to make into an effectively enhanced prompt". Also, LLMs are mostly not good with brevity, and answer using more words than necessary. Since this is such a common behaviour with LLMs, being descriptive in your prompts, sometimes over explaining or using more words than necessary helps.
